What to Expect

After mapping the treatment area under your chin, a series of small injections are made directly into the fat. Some swelling and tenderness in the days afterward is normal. Most patients need multiple sessions, spaced about a month apart, with results building gradually as treated fat cells are naturally cleared by the body.

Kybella is a prescription treatment. Candidacy is determined by a licensed provider at your consultation. Individual results vary, and timing and duration differ from patient to patient.
