At Grand Cosmetic Clinic, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and care to our clients.
To help us maintain a smooth and professional experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you review our spa policies prior to your appointment.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these policies.

Appointment Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. Your deposit will be applied to your service at your appointment.

As a courtesy, a 24-hour advance notice is required for any changes or cancellations. Please keep in mind, your appointment time is reserved especially for you; not showing leaves your injector with an empty chair. Late arrivals may have time subtracted from their services, but will be responsible for full payment. While we will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we feel there is not enough time to give you quality treatment and not keep other clients waiting. No Shows will in result in forfeiting your deposit completely. If you reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment, the deposit may be used toward a future service with us within 30 days.

Refunds

Treatment services are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. All injectable treatment sales are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed. We would offer to fix any issues instead.

During botulinum toxin appointments, our Nurse Practitioners assess the facial muscles and decide what number of units are sufficient for adequate treatment. This can vary from patient to patient and from treatment to treatment. To provide the best level of patient care, we recommend you follow up with an appointment or call 14 days after your botulinum toxin appointment if further treatment is needed. If additional units are needed, we will require additional payment.
